Property and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to planned arrival: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 1 week prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
Up to 72 hours before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled shorter than 72 hours before planned arrival will be fully charged.

Smoke Sauna:
Cancellations up to 1 week prior to planned booking: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to booking: 50% cancellation fee.
 Reservations cancelled shorter than 24 hours before planned booking will be fully charged.

Iglu Sauna:
Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the booking: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 2 hours prior to the booking: 50% cancellation fee.
Shorter than 2 hours prior to the booking will be fully charged.

Hot tub:
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the booking: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the booking: 50% cancellation fee.
Shorter than 24 hours prior to the booking will be fully charged.

Horse riding and/or Lessons:
Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the booking: no cancellation fee.
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the booking: 25% cancellation fee
Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the booking: 50% cancellation fee.
Shorter than 24 hours prior to the booking will be fully charged.
