Pilguse Manor Park 

Summer 2026 you will be able to enjoy the restoration of our Manor Park and grounds. Parts of the main Manor building will have some permanent exhibitions as well as others 


The restoration of Pilguse Manor's Manor Park will provide numerous benefits to the local community and serve as a unique experience for our residents. 


By combining historical significance with sustainable practices and engaging experiences, the park aims to enhance both local quality of life and the region’s profile.      Guided tours with work shops and dining experiences can be booked for groups.

Orchard, herb and vegetable garden 

Pilguse Manor Park, orchard, herb and vegetable garden 

Spring 2025 saw the start of restoration and enhancement of Pilguse Manor Park, transforming it into a sustainable garden, fruit orchard and Manor park that celebrates Estonia's rich botanical heritage. This project aims to reintroduce native flora, enhance biodiversity, and provide educational opportunities regarding natural medicines and sustainable practices.

Our unique estate, is where history, taste, and tradition come together. Explore our Hay Barn and Wine Shop, enjoy a guided Elda distillery tastings, indulge in local cuisine and homemade treats, and stroll through our historic manor grounds—an authentic experience of heritage and craftsmanship.

Elda Distillery -  *Pre booking 

Elda Distillery is part of the Elda Angels concept, which consists of Pilguse Residency, as well as other projects being developed. The name derives from our family shore, Elda Pank, lying on the most Western coastline on the Island of Saaremaa, Estonia.


The abundance of juniper, wild flowers and coastal herbs on these windswept shores, are what inspired this blossoming distillery. Although, the exceptional ingredient that really created the symbiosis we were searching for, is the Seaweed that grows and is picked there.


The design has a classic approach, the bottles have been influenced by historical glass vases ond goblets, creating the sense of having been around for a while..

Three core spirits have been created to begin our journey:

01 - Coastal, bold gin

E2 - Coastal, light and spicy gin

M1 - Coastal vodka

Two of the three core products have already had the honour

Freccianera (black arrow in Italian) is the main Italian brand for sparkling wines. The family has produced wines since 1927 in Northern Italy. The area is called Franciacorta and is renowned among wine experts as the best area in the world for classic sparkling wines after Champagne. They have 200 years more experience in doing them!
